I had to order a new wing mirror and back cover for my xc60. I had trouble fitting both. I went back into the dealership and spoke to Joey. Joey offered to take my car round to the mechanic’s to see if they could fit the back on properly, when they brought my car back round Joey had kindly got them to also fit my mirror part too. Thank you Joey for your kindness and help it was very much appreciated and made my day thanks to your goodwill gesture
