I was on a waitlist for 5 years for 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. During that time I went through a divorce. Every year I sent my updated NOA and was told I was still eligible on my single income. 3 months after my last update, I was contacted for a 2-bedroom unit and asked to send my most recent NOA and 3 recent paystubs, then told that my income was slightly too low to be eligible. I found this group to poorly organized , waited almost 9 years for communication being on the list to interview, as well poor interviews, and asking for illegal fees $1000 damage fee on top of 1st and last month's rent demand within 24 hrs of 1st interview. Despite having gathered what they wanted, I was turned down because I couldn't get a past landlord to do a reference.
