Very rude and uninformed receptionest on duty (5 July 2024) between the hours of 9-10 am. I’m a disabled veteran, was experiencing extreme stomach pain, the Dover TN VA Clinic was the closest care center to my location. I started explaining my situation, but was quickly cut off by this person, stating this is not a walk in clinic, I asked her where one might be, she said Clarksville or Paris Tn.
