Thank you ladies for helping me buy my first pair of field boots in preparation for my first semester of intercollegiate showing! Excellent customer service, as always! We stopped by Dover Saddlery while in town for a horse show. I walked in with my daughter and was never greeted. I was looking at the clothes on a rolling rack and had to move them to see them as they were up against the next rack. An older woman came over from behind the counter and moved the rack back in place. I had planned to purchase half chaps, pants, a jacket and shirt for my daughter. I walked out the door. I go here every time i come to Lexington! I love this store and the tent sales are awesome!!!
Had everything we needed and wanted. Staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We will be back!!
It was smaller than I'm used to, but it had a decent selection of everything
Yesterday was my first time in the store. We are newbies at all the horse stuff ;) Not one time was I asked if I needed help!!!
