What a fabulous weekend! Dover Quilt Retreat is ideal for finishing projects, having 'consultants' to help conquer quilt problems, and shopping. The accomodations are wonderful with the 'Quilters Refrigerator' and access to all the quilting amenities...love the high cutting tables. The beds are sooo nice. Thank you Nancy and Ron for all you do to make a retreat group comfortable!!!
I spent a wonderful weekend at Dover Quilt Retreat last weekend. Sewing room is great! Got a lot done and enjoyed spending time with quilting friends at a small retreat. This is a great place to go with a group of friends. Nancy & Ron are great hosts. I highly recommend DQR for a getaway.
Fantastic time spent well last weekend at DQR!! Got projects finished, started and finished a new project. All this surrounded by peaceful countryside and long-time friends! Always looking to add new faces to our group though. Maybe next time we're at DQR in November 2016! Thanks again, Nancy and Ron, for a memorable weekend! Ron is always so helpful and Nancy is a wonderful hostess. But we really love it when she joins us for some stitchin'!
AAAhhh. 4 days of quilting, finishing projects with friends! Doesn't get much better than this! Nancy and Ron are wonderful hosts. Easy access right off Route1, and the setting is so peaceful. The sewing room is set with a table for each quilter, cutting stations at the proper height, and multiple irons too. Temp is comfortable and adjustable. Nancys kitchen is fully stocked, and labeled to easily find the equipment you need to make your meals. Bedroom choices are on the first floor or upstairs, with plenty of twin beds. Lov... read more

A Beautiful Place filled with such talented ladies and great environment. The Owner's are such sweet people. If you are a quilter or have quilting talent and you are in the area of Dover. This is a great place to plan you next quilting getaway days.
