Poor service overall!! We thought we were getting a decent sized above ground pool for a little over $5,000. I should have known that was too good to be true. Our land is sloped, and we knew that we would need to have an area excavated and leveled to have the pool built. We asked them to provide us with an estimate and they stated they couldn't come out to give an estimate, but then said that they had built similar pools in my development and that it shouldn't be more than a few hundred dollars. Be sure the chemicals recommended are compatable with your pool chenistry. Had water tested at store, had high copper level. Sold me a STORE BRAND CHEMICAL to remove copper in my BAQUACIL pool. After running pump for 36 hours there was NO change in water clairity. Had water re-tested, there was no change. Now wanted to sell me the BAQUACIL brand.
