First time using Dover Plumbing. Had a mainline back up and nothing was draining.Joseph came out within an hour of my call. This was the first time in a long time I've experienced this level of customer service.He was awesome, he explained everything step by step, gave tons of insight into our problem and was very professional. He had the problem fixed quickly and had advice to mitigate any future issues. In my book he went above and beyond.
Joe and his team did several projects for me and were always top-notch with service, communication, value, and always punctuality. The guys were not just there to do our projects but to show they actually cared about us! I’ll never hire another company in the Somerville area!
I strongly recommend this business to anyone who has plumbing issues at their house. They provide very quick service; I called them at 1ish in the afternoon, by 5pm the job was done, complete pain of mind. My service Technicians were very nice and professional.
I have used Dover Plumbing for several jobs like unclogging mainline drains and installing water service line. Each time I call them, they're always on time and perform an excellent job. I was not always present when I call them to perform certain jobs, because I trust them to do a good job. I will recommend their services to anyone including my best friends and families.
