5 stars does not seem like enough for Dover Marine. A proud family business that takes pride in what they do. This is an old school we care about our customers reputation. I have gone in there many times over the years and no matter how busy they are they always are very helpful. You can imagine how hectic and busy it is during the Summer. Bought an mercury 8hp and motor purrs like a kitten. Great customer service and very helpful staff. First trip out broke motor in and caught our limit.
Frank & Gary are great guys. Helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, I'm not impressed, so far. New boat was delivered dirty, onboard charger was never checked and didn't work from day one. They installed a co-pilot system on my trolling motor, using wrong bolts, caused the housing to break the first time I tried to use it. Fish finder was never tested and doesn't work. The people at Dover Marine are great and will answer any questions for you no matter what it is. Very friendly. They will always get my business first.
Better customer service would help! The woman in the service department exhibited the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Very rude.
