If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. And it seems like a lot of others would as well. The staff is rude and less than helpful, and Dr. Dover doesn't listen to her patients and doesn't return important phone calls. Getting records released from this office is such a hassle. Save your time and your patience and find another doctor.

The doctors at this facility lack basic professionalism. When dealing with a serious illness there is a level of care and humanity that is expected. The doctors, even the receptionist, make me feel like my issues are insignificant and I struggled for years to have my voice heard. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
