The reason is you don’t have any stores anymore,Simon properties can care less only to squeeze the money out of the stores that are still there. The should be trying to get all kind of stores to get a space ,drop the rent clean the property up. Do something for the Kent county resident,so we don’t haft to travel to shop else where
we went to get pictures with th Easter bunny drove from chestertown which is an hour got there at 5 till 700 .... they tuned us away and said they closed at 7 when your website says 8 we had our kids dressed up and everything very frustrating update your web! I don't recomened you... the girl was very rude and told us they closed closed like 5 Mims before we got there even though the web was wrong.....update your website hours..
Apparently spirit Halloween isn’t allowed to promote their business by walking through the mall in costumes. A security guard told us management said we couldn’t walk through the mall like that, even though management had walked out of spirit with us.
RecommendedI love my Dover Mall. It’s not hectic like some of the other malls. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. Plus they have all my favorite store’s!!
Closing would be the best improvement.
I hate to say that I don't recommend this mall. Its been around since before I was born. It used to be a fun place to go and now its just a place to walk around when you have nowhere else to go. This mall is barren and boring. Honestly it would nice if they just closed for a week, filled it up with new and exciting shopping locations, and had a grand re-opening. I'm tired of the same old food and the same old stores. We have so much potential at this mall, maybe even have a second floor?

Do NOT go to this movie theatre. We went this evening & as soon as I walked into the theater, it smelt really bad. We then went to sit down & the seats were really dirty.... To make matters worse, the theater was absolutly freezing cold! My phone said it was 66° inside. We left the movie early because I couldnt take the cold no more. Never again
Instead of renting space to make it affordable for small businesses these people rather let it sit half empty until a corporate anchor store will take up the spaces. Which is never going to happen in these times. Stop being greedy and make money. There is so much potential with this property. By the way who does your landscape maintenance because they are horrible
