After a negative experience at a different jeweler, I was hesitant to bring my engagement ring in for repair. I was browsing with a friend one day when the owner came over, found out I was looking to replace my ring because I was told it couldn't be fixed, and encouraged me to bring it in for him to look at. What a lovely store. I was welcomed by the good folks here right away. The Sire, working in the back waved me over amd they helped me with a repair. The service was exceptional, quick, quick and friendly. The pricing is very affordable. The gentleman offered me some sales I was very interested in. I will be back, soon! Thank you.
A liar, he did not take it to a lab he removed the gem from the clasp and wrote an inaccurate statement when paid to examine rings in a lab. He damaged the 100 year old art deco ring with Alexanderite. The auction house has paper work further the damage is unexplained.
Had Ed and Nancy custom create a necklace from a sapphire charm on a bracelet I was gifted. The designer did not offer the piece on a chain. Price was very appropriate. Took about 2 weeks or so and the result was amazing. The vision I had for the necklace was exactly what I was envisioning and they even restrung the bracelet. Can’t even tell that any of it was tampered with. Looks brand new. It’s nice to have a designer bracelet, but it’s nicer to have a one off version that’s unique to you! Thank you Ed and Nancy!
Ed and Nancy are wonderful! Ed helped me design a necklace for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Nancy restrung beads on a very sentimental necklace. Ed has sized rings for me and shortened necklace chains. They are incredibly personable, excellent in this work and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, caring jeweler!
