I brought my new engagement here to be resized and would highly recommend you do as well. Nancy and Ed are both lovely and did such a great job with my resize- it's flawless! It took less than a week to resize three bands and the price was unreasonably low. They were so kind, caring, and helpful to work with and I will definitely be back in the future for any further needs.

When I came in, I did not expect them to have rings in my size to try on and said that much. The owner said they didn't have my preferred gem and I completely accepted that. When I asked just to be sure if they had any other rings in my size, the owner said "we don't have any rings THAT big" and grimaced at me. I wasnt upset that they didn't have rings to try (again, I didn't expect them to) but the way he answered my question was absolutely unprofessional. Bad vibe when I went in today, after reading some reviews and asking some friends a lot of people under 50 apparently feel that way when they go in here. The jeweler was unfamiliar with the stone we were looking for and proceeded to act strangely when we asked follow up questions. Jewelry Creations and Market Square Jewelers are superior options on the same street.
They were rude and made comments about not having rings in my size because my hands are too fat. Wouldn’t go here again, also too expensive for what they have.
