My mom brought in an antique bracelet she inherited from her grandmother. It had to be completely fixed up and Ed and Nancy did a phenomenal job. They appraised it, explained the process thoroughly, and walked us through every step. They were both so kind and we can’t recommend them enough for jewelry repairs! We won’t hesitate to visit them again if we need any work done on jewelry in the future. Thank you Ed and Nancy!
Amazing experience, traded in some family jewelry, and resized some rings as well. Ed answered all our questions with expertise and we were able to get a gold ring resized for my fiancé, ordered a beautiful wedding band, and resized/replaced stones/cleaned & polished my engagement ring. So happy with the results!
I brought my new engagement here to be resized and would highly recommend you do as well. Nancy and Ed are both lovely and did such a great job with my resize- it's flawless! It took less than a week to resize three bands and the price was unreasonably low. They were so kind, caring, and helpful to work with and I will definitely be back in the future for any further needs.

When I came in, I did not expect them to have rings in my size to try on and said that much. The owner said they didn't have my preferred gem and I completely accepted that. When I asked just to be sure if they had any other rings in my size, the owner said "we don't have any rings THAT big" and grimaced at me. I wasnt upset that they didn't have rings to try (again, I didn't expect them to) but the way he answered my question was absolutely unprofessional.
