Dover Jazzercise is a great location for the best dance workout ever. Have been with Jazz for 20 years now and can't imagine any other way to exercise. Fun and effective.

Great cardio workout that incorporates weight training 💪🏾 and abs. The dance moves are choreographed to music that makes you want to move💃🏾 We have loads of fun 😌 We also participate in several local charity events giving back to the community through coat and food drives and breast cancer 🎀 fundraisers.
