Dover Jazzercise Fitness Center is a fantastic place to workout. Jazzercise is a total body workout that fuses dance aerobics for cardio, strength training with and without weights, as well as stretch and recovery. But the best part of the experience is the friendships made at the center! Glenenise, along with all of the professional Instructors lead us in top notch routines to popular music that is FUN!! The smiles, laughter, positive energy and SWEAT is off the charts! I highly recommend Dover Jazzercise!
Dover Jazzercise is a great location for the best dance workout ever. Have been with Jazz for 20 years now and can't imagine any other way to exercise. Fun and effective.
