I have been coming to this track for 20 years. this place has been getting worse every year. Facilities are great but the camping and "weekend life" needs to change. People come for the weekend to have safe fun and relax. It's not that anymore. Bring back the old Dover! When it was a controlled party for three days! Hahaha. Seriously thinking about going to a different track.
Been there three times now and have had a decent experience all three times. Good people in parking and at gates.
This is my second time at Dover and I've never been to another track. I have hot pt passes and this time the experience was terrible. I had infield parking. They didn't let anyone in. I am handicapped so I parked in the reserved parking, couldn't get a shuttle. Bc I had Pit passes I had to walk across the bridge all the way across the infield to the Pits. I don't like the whole fanatics tent much rather have all the trailers with the merchandise better experience I think
The biggest nightmare I've ever experienced leaving any sporting event!!!!!!
Sprint race was boring one of the worst I've seen. For the first time ever I left a race early I left at lap 200. NASCAR needs to find away to make the race more interesting so on lap 100 you don't have 20-25 cars at least a lap down. Ever race you have 10-15 cars that are just space fillers that just log laps.
I've been going 18 years in both the spring and fall. I always have a blast these weekends and have always enjoyed the fan camaraderie that exists with NASCAR fans, you can't find it within other sports. My one complaint... BRING BACK THE DRIVER TRAILERS!!! If I wanted to shop at a mall, I'd go to a mall! Oh- and adding a margarita stand on the top deck for those of us in the very top row wouldn't be bad either! �
Traffic sucked getting out I think they could have done a better job other than just letting traffic be controlled by traffic lights. Other than that great experience
Always have an amazing experience!! The two weekends a year i look forward to are dover weekends!!
