This was the best experience I've ever had in car maintenance. First, I was given an honest quote as soon as I called, and there were no shocks or surprises when I picked it up. They arranged a loaner car for me so that I was able to go on living while my car was repaired. Dover Honda made it easy to make a timely appointment for a recall and oil change. James, my technician was friendly and efficient. Waiting room was quiet and comfortable. In the end I was really pleased about my experience in the Dover Honda Service Department
