Having worked here for almost eight years before retiring from the industry I knew how well they treated their customers; it was nice to be on the receiving end of such exceptional treatment as a customer myself. They had mine and my wife’s cars done ahead of schedule and gave the cars a thorough inspection with some good recommendations for future service. The ICL family of dealerships wins awards from their respective manufacturers on a regular basis; as a customer versus employee I can see why.
Michael, the service advisor that I worked with was very kind, friendly and informative.
I was able to get a loaner car which was great for me and I could be flexible with the service time which worked out good for Dover Honda too! Ken was very efficient and friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional!
