Took a while to get an appointment. Seems like Honda is having trouble addressing recalls (I had two) in a reasonable time period. However, once there, service was outstanding and the Service Advisor, James McIntyre was very helpful. Five stars for him!
This last visit has made up for my previous visit with them. I went for a car inspection and asked for something to be fixed. Nothing too big or crazy but it wasn't done. I went back for an oil change and the service was beyond amazing! The gentleman that took care of me not only was very pleasant but very informative and didn't charge me for the repair that hadn't been done previously. Even though I never mentioned it to him about my previous visit. All around the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
