Our event coordinator Ms. Stephanie Butrico did an outstanding job keeping us informed and was always understanding and prompt. Went to Dover Hall for a friend’s wedding this weekend. Beautiful venue. But what really stood out was their exceptional customer service (there are lots of nice wedding venues out there). As a bridesmaid who took 2 young daughters (flower girls at the wedding), the staff there was so helpful and friendly through the entire process: getting ready, the reception, banquet, and toward the end as the children started to melt down. Thank you for such amazing experience, Dover Hall staff!
