Great local gym! Small business, 24/7, friendly staff, family environment, lots of equipment and space, locker rooms are clean. Close to the airbase, Target, and grocery stores. I would recommend this gym to anyone over your typical club fitness or planet fitness.
Dover gym is a must. Old-school powerhouse gym. Awesome people and staff.
The BEST gym for every kind of fitness personality. I train as a strongman and they have everything I need (stones, circus DB, Husafell stone, yoke, etc.). The owners are very nice and the culture is very positive.
Great place to gather your thoughts and avoid distractions. Very inspirational environment, for the gritty down to the core grinders.
