Dover gym is a must. Old-school powerhouse gym. Awesome people and staff.
The BEST gym for every kind of fitness personality. I train as a strongman and they have everything I need (stones, circus DB, Husafell stone, yoke, etc.). The owners are very nice and the culture is very positive.
Great place to gather your thoughts and avoid distractions. Very inspirational environment, for the gritty down to the core grinders.
I have been working out for about a month now and have been looking for a different gym in my area other than Planet Fitness. I walked in and TJ gave me a full tour of the place and we had a cool conversation. Equipment looks 10/10 and the atmosphere is amazing and I didn’t even start yet I just signed up today. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who is starting like me and shout out to TJ!!
