Very lovely community. Quiet and clean
This is a beautiful community with great neighbors but the management company raises rents annually stating increase in security which is emphatically untrue. There are no amenities and all utilities (water garbage and sewer) are paid by the home owners.there is minimal parking and absolutely no playground area. There have been some great office management but the turnover is fast. The tenants take pride in the appearance of there homes but with annual increases in lot rents I fear that will start becoming less of an option ... read more

I wouldn't move here - The "Trailer Park" is a joke. Nothing for kids to do or really play. IF they play outside, others complain, and then you get a call/notice from the park manager. We were told by previous management that they were going to add a playground and a basketball court across the street (found out that was a lie), so if my kids want to play, I have to drive to a park so they can run around and play.
