First time here and had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly from the front staff to the hygienist and the doctor. My teeth are squeaky clean!
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They had been my dentist for years. Even before they moved to the newer building they now use. A few years ago (about 2) I was in absolute agony. I had literally split one of my molars in half, an infection has started and my face was swollen. It happened over a weekend. Omg! Where to start?! Made an appointment with them in February (due to pain in a molar). Got there… seemed no one knew what I was there for. I got set up for ‘a cleaning’ I wasn’t even rightfully due for till June. Stated I was there for a painful molar (got a xray of the tooth). They proceeded with ‘the cleaning’ (evidently charged for a filling) via my insurance. I never got a filling. Afterwards the dentist came in. Checked everything, says I was good. Again.. Great experience, everyone was super friendly and helpful and we were in-out in less than an hour!
I absolutely love Dr. Dover & his staff Ali is so amazing also and I love the front desk girls too. The service is top notch!
