I had all the signs of a concussion and was told no just spasms (light sensitivity, nausea, unreal headache, trouble with memory) then got worse the following days and so I went to Wentworth Douglas urgent care (I needed a different doctor) who sent me to their er, who did a scan of my head and neck (not just my neck like dover did), oh and when Wentworth called in my prescription they called it into the right pharmacy that dover couldn't be bothered to get correct. If we had to visit an ER, we sure did pick the right one! My wife is 16 weeks pregnant and came down with an illness while we were visiting friends in Eliot, ME. We decided to visit the ER to be on the safe side. From the time we walked in the door, our nurse Kathy made us feel very comfortable and kept our spirits high. Dr. Bork was incredible as well. Keep up the great work, you make people feel great in times of fear! As we were leaving, Kathy gave us the cutest little seal for our unborn baby :)

there was no wait. From the moment we appeared to the receptionist to the moment the provider saw us was maybe 10 minutes. Everybody was very friendly very efficient very skilled.
