I like this mobile home park. Lots are decent size and it seems quiet.
Quiet neighborhood. Local shopping nearby. Not clean. Park owner is rude.
Trailer trash is NOT someone who lives in a trailer park; trailer trash, like many other labels, is a mentality. This place is full of horrible people with that mentality (I'm not saying all; I'm saying majority), including, and at the head, the park manager who lives in the park. She also allows sub-leases (I have proof), which is against the law in the state of Delaware. If that gets caught, what happens to the tenants who are subleasing and don't know they're doing anything wrong? Apparently her, nor their landlords care.... read more
