I’ve been going there for many years. They can solve any bike issue that I throw at them. They are a top notch shop and you will see it the second you step thru the door!
The guys are excellent at what they do at reasonable prices.
I feel lucky to have talented bike mechanics within a few miles of home. No mechanical issue has been too vexing, and when you have a tandem, a triplet, and bike year round (including snow and salt) on a commuter bike—strange mechanical issues arise. Glad they are so adept—sensitive to price, and consistently give good advice.
I call and specify I need a bike rack for my daughters birthday and I get “no problem I should have it in a couple days”. Perfect! Well a week goes by and birthday passes and still no bike rack. I call the second week, still not in. I call the soon to be third week and “oh I can no longer get it”!!!!! You said you would call to tell me it’s in..... why not call and say you can’t get it especially knowing I ordered it for a birthday present?
These guys are amazing at what they do, and they really care. I can’t thank them enough for their help with my daughter’s new bike. They really took the time to research the best choice for her, as she has some limitations with bike riding. Because of the people at Dover Cyclery, she’s out there riding and enjoying it so much.
Absolutely amazing customer service and knowledge. I highly recommend this shop for any of your cycling or Spin needs. Wayne and Mike were super friendly and very helpful!!
