No creo que enviare mas cajas a Colombia ya que se robaron casi la mitad de la cosas enviada,Nadie se hace cargo de lo perdido que pena que no puedan un servicio sin que roben nada espero Hagan un seguimiento a lo sucedido. Took my son's iPad mini to replace battery because it wasn't lasting that long. They returned it but I noticed it had a line through the screen. I took it back and they said they would fix it but implied it was already broken even though they were the ones who unglue it to install the new battery. Regardless, they did the right thing and "fixed it free of charge", when they returned it back to me the screen was not original from apple and the home button wasn't glued properly so it was caving in every time it was pushed.
