Scheduled an appointment through the phone to take pictures and get everything sorted out. Went to my scheduled appointment time and they took pictures of the car and read the papers and said I would get a call soon. Multiple weeks went by so I called them to ask if they were still going to contact me and they said they would soon. More weeks went by and I never got contacted. Waste of time. Mcfarland ford collision in exeter has excellent and quick service even though they may be booked out a little while.
