I’m all for cutting wiring harnesses and hoses to make an engine easy to remove, but I at least expect the long block to be useable, not an engine filled with water, that was pushed off the truck and onto the ground for delivery. Think twice about doing business with this yard, they care very little about communication or honesty, just trying to make a quick buck.
