Absolutely Horrible, worst administration we have ever dealt with. We moved from Burlington to Port Dover and we need a new Vet for our dog. So we picked this place being local. What a mistake. First they accused us of being difficult and worked up when all we did was try to ask a few questions about the visit, then dropped us as a client. Secondly my wife tried to go back and talk this through with the manager and was told again we can't use them anymore, but will sell us any medication your dog needs. This morning my dog is dying and this is my regular vet and they can't or won't fit my dog in don't count on the vet if your dog suddenly becomes ill they won't see you

My sisters dog is a patient of this hospital and when it was time to put her dog down they couldnt squeeze her in because it must not be proffitable enough to put an animal down. I think its a shame that when u love your dog and these people use this against u. I really dont think its logical to have an animal in this day and age the vets only want money and they dont care about anything else. If they had cared one bit they would have squeezed her in.
