I have never and will never be a customer here. This company has been calling the wrong # and bothering me for over a month. I've spoken to multiple supervisors trying to get my #removed from their list and they just keep calling me.

Dovenmuehle Motgage Inc. took august to march to respond to a subordination letter that would normally take 30 minutes. All payments were on time, which they have verified over the phone but failed to send the subordination letter. They said their process time is 90 days.On Nowember 20, 2020 we have received a letter for asking additional 15 days. On December 4th we received this: From: "Custserv Proxy (Research)"

They are a bunch of liars who will keep your money until they are forced to return it! I paid off my mortgage in November 2020. It took almost 5 months for them to return the money in my escrow account which was over $11,000.00. I called them over 25 times. I was told the check was mailed. When I didn't get it I was told they would issue another check but it would take 30 days. When I didn't get the second check I was told they could direct deposit the money into my checking account. How can a company like this raise your mortgage one hundred a month after you sing paper work of a 30 year loan this can . It's good thing I turned them in to the cfpb how if everyone would call the at 8554112372 that will help. not write a few view on line that does nothing .

Absolutely the worst company ever! They have increased our mortgage payment 953.00 due to a "COMPUTER GLITCH". We have been trying to resolve this issue since February. We were told we had to pay the additional amount and they MAY send us a refund. One of the wonderful (haha) representatives told us to borrow the money so we could pay them for their mistake. They have reported us so now our credit rating has dropped 131 points. After 30 or more calls nothing is resolved. They also were 7 months late paying out property taxes... read more

awful... Called to put my mortgage on hold die to salary cut in COVID -19.. waited on hold for 2 hours when i got someone on the phone they told me they could not help and gave me another number .. and a website. Went on the website and they IMMEDIATELY denied me mortgage forbearance after answering 3 questions.. Called and emailed loss mitigation, called me back a week later and said they had paperwork in the mail.. Its been a week and a half NO paperwork..
