Update 28/4/2026 Your reply makes my point for me. I am not the guest you've addressed and have no connection to "Junzhe Liang." Searching my actual first and last name would have located my booking from last year's Lunar New Year — something any professional operator would do before responding publicly. Publicly posting another guest's full name and Booking ID is a textbook privacy violation, and precisely the kind of unprofessionalism I described in my review.
