Dave is a very detail oriented and personable agent. He acted as landlord on a rental we recently occupied. He has been thorough in all of his communications and reports. He looked after the interests of both tenant and owner. He is knowledgeable in the market as well as bureaucracy surrounding rent. We highly recommend Dave.

Dave managed our property for about eight years. We moved back closer so decided to manage it ourselves now but we would definitely recommend him. We had seen other homes in our neighborhood sit with the rental sign in the front yard for months on end. We’d heard that people had inquired about the homes but the agents weren’t responding. I bought my house through these guys and it was the best experience. They took care of me through all my indecision and did not pressure to me get into something I didn't want. When I finally found the house that worked for my family they helped me through every step. I would highly recommend them.
