Karen, the receptionist, is simply amazing! She goes above and beyond for the patients and is always willing to help. She is polite, caring, kind, and worth her weight in gold! I had a problem with my prescription, and she did everything she could to get it sorted. Every time I call the doctor's office and Karen answers, she is always happy to help. Never change, Karen; you're an asset to the practice.
Reception staff was welcoming and helpful, and so were the attending personals. I reached on time for my appointment and didn't have to wait much.
