Asked for a quote on a number of projects that needed to be done, one which required I let the guy go into the attic. A few days later I walked into an unused guest room and realized he had stepped through the ceiling and never said anything to me. I called to report it, assuming they would come right out to fix it, and was told that the worker said he didn't do it and since he was studying to be a pastor there is no way he would lie about it. They refused to fix it or cover the cost of repairs.

We had a good experience with Dove. They were on time with the estimate, and quoted lower than the other 3 companies. They were on time for repairs and did a great job! Technicians were friendly and competent, they did a good job with all of our required repairs. We are happy with Dove.

Unfortunately, the contractor never showed to see the property and give an estimate or they never sent an estimate. Either way we called to cancel any future interests after not hearing anything almost a week after our initial appointment request.

Although I thought the work that Dove did in my basement was okay I looked a little closer and the work was a little shoddy. It could have been done better than what was performed. The amount of money that was paid was not in conjunction with the quality of work. Don't think I will be promoting their services to anyone.
