Dr. M is a good listener. She communicates clearly and informs tlocalhe patient well. The staff is very positive and kind. She was very tactful with my elderly mother.
I met a new NP named Lynn Williams and she was so rude and argumentative on any little thing I said and she had just met me for the first time. Granted before I came for my appointment I was frustrated with how this proactive has began to corrode and become disorganized. provided good path forward on heart concerns and what to investigate
I have been a patient of Dr Lalonde for over 25 years and have always been pleased with his care. He has always been attentive, thorough and caring. I highly recommend him.
Excellent and very professional
Dr. Crisp is rude and currently talks through a computer screen. He is virtual but his patients and staff aren’t which says a lot. He speaks down to you and has zero bedside manners. How can you truly offer medical services through a computer screen? He treats you like you’re a drug addict and offers no empathy to your medical needs. With the exception of Mrs. Ann, his staff are equally unprofessional and weird. Don’t let the clean office and prime location fool you.
He’s rude and pretentious. There’s literally nothing worse than being spoken down to by a Dr. that has to work as hard as he does to sound intelligent.
Awful. Uncaring. Condescending. Inaccurate diagnosis. Not thorough.
