Most unprofessional Medical clinic I have been to. I was in Echuca escaping domestic violence, where I was seriously assaulted!! Receptionist was asking me why I was in Echuca short terms, Infront of all patients, top of her voice, whilst I was telling her it was personal. Doctor Tan, was so rude, booked double appointment and he rushed me out after 10 minutes!! Calling Medical board to complain
Amazing GP practice in Echuca. The place itself is very clean and looks beautiful. The friendly reception staff are so kind and cheerful! I have been seeing Dr Vincent Tam for the last few months. An intelligent doctor with great patient care. I am so impressed…. Thank you doctor for the ongoing treatment which you are giving me… I feeling very well since I stared seeing you. You are one of the excellent doctors… I would highly recommend this GP practice to anyone who needs a doctor
The worst experience I have ever had with a GP. I left the surgery devastated and appalled by the doctor’s poor attitude. His self- described virtues of listening and caring were replaced by arrogance (he felt he knew better than the specialist; he arrogantly questioned me about medication knowing I could not have known; he did not believe my patient’s correct history), a lack of professionalism ( he left mid consultation to tell staff I could not have an appointment without his approval; he surreptitiously completed another... read more
