I closed on 6/26/25, and I was given the wrong keys and guide to the smart lock of my home. The lock had to be replaced six days after closing since Century Communities couldn’t locate the correct keys. They also lost a remote for my garage and I had to get the unit reprogrammed. The most egregious thing is that Britt, the Century Communities’ Dove Lake Sales Representative, gave me the builders’ code rather than drive 700 ft (20 seconds drive) to help me on the very day the house became mine.
