I contacted Jacob regarding a broken window. I was a bit concerned that the whole window needed to be replaced at first because I didn’t fully understand what that would be. Jacob explained what needed to be done and asked for picture so he could better estimate the cost of replacement. In the meantime I found another broken window which was effortlessly added to the job.
