If I could give a zero I would. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Gross! The only thing saving the hotel is the location. When we checked in, we asked for a different room and were told it was full. Umm, not even close. The front desk said they would get back to us if a room opened. Never heard back. The room smelled like feet and was so damp. Rooms are clean and look nice. Being renovated for the past 2 years and it looks like it needs to be renovated badly still. They are renovating with very cheap materials. The Continental breakfast is worse than most. Don't count on there being coffee, silverware or bowls. Staff would rather not talk to you at all, almost as if they are trying to avoid everyone. Las habitaciones muy lindas, amplias y cómodas. El servicio que ofrecen deja mucho que desear. Desde muy de madrugada se escucha golpes puertas constantes, personal de limpieza que pasa con sus carros golpeando las paredes supongo que accidentalmente pero son cosas a corregir para que la estadía de un huésped sea realmente confortable. El desayuno es completo pero los panes parecen viejos incomibles.

Comfortable bed and breakfast was ok. Otherwise, poor maintenance with every knob and towel bar loose. Rain water under door leaves carpet wet. Mold? Do not use the pool as the birds do their business in it and no mitigation of the problem by mgt. Kayaks are not usable due to their condion and no safe launch. No repairs since hurricane to boat moorings. Basically, a worn Day's Inn with a view.
