Never trust this place with your loved ones. I will be complaining formally. My sister and I found a distressed elderly man stuck at the top of our street, far from Dove Court. He was crying for help, stuck in someone’s garden, unable to move safely. This wasn’t the first time—he’s previously fallen from his wheelchair near Dove Court, crying out until we called a staff member. No one came until then, either. Well what can I say about dove court, my mum (she has slight dementia & my step dad (he has prostate cancer) both live in dove court,they both love it there, the carers are so lovely & approachable, they go above & beyond there call of duty, but there’s no activities for the residents as advertised, my mum,step dad and auntie get bored, it’s supposed to be a residential home for the over 55’s, we’ve had to live my mum out because her dementia worsened and the care staff have no knowledge of altzeimers/dementia, but yet it ad... read more
