My carpets are now looking fantastic with Dove's team after their deep cleaning. They were honest and telling me upfront which stains might not come out, and they set the right expectations. Super responsive, got great communication throughout the process. They even shared some tips on maintaining my carpet long term.
Very disorganized and unprofessional company. The first appt made for a couch cleaning was scheduled for Tuesday evening, then they called back shortly after saying it would have to be Wednesday morning 9am-12pm instead. They call Wednesday morning stating the technician is delayed from his first job and would then be arriving between 1-3pm. At 3pm they call stating they have to cancel because of a flat tire....
