My carpets are now looking fantastic with Dove's team after their deep cleaning. They were honest and telling me upfront which stains might not come out, and they set the right expectations. Super responsive, got great communication throughout the process. They even shared some tips on maintaining my carpet long term.

Very disorganized and unprofessional company. The first appt made for a couch cleaning was scheduled for Tuesday evening, then they called back shortly after saying it would have to be Wednesday morning 9am-12pm instead. They call Wednesday morning stating the technician is delayed from his first job and would then be arriving between 1-3pm. At 3pm they call stating they have to cancel because of a flat tire.... Do not use this company. They're not professional nor do they value your time. This is what happened to me. I booked them for a 2 sofa cleaning job since they had 5 star reviews here on Google (which now look fishy judging by the sentence structure the reviewers used). I also wanted to use them because they are local and extremely close to my apt. The lady on the phone booked me for their earliest appointment for this Tuesday. Dove Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Experts cleaned our 5-year-old carpet this afternoon, covering four bedrooms, the hall, and the staircase, with fantastic results. Some old stains were removed, and the entire area now looks clean and fresh. The technician also did a light cleaning of an oriental rug while keeping it in place, which was very convenient. Amazing service from their technicians. Our couches that were ruined cause of our pets were cleaned up thoroughly ancient meticulously that it now looks as if the stains on it before never happened! Truly a wonderful job that they did.
