Schedule a windshield repair they were supposed to be here between nine and two received no message when I called them to see where they were at 2 o’clock. They said oh well we attempted to call you we didn’t just want to show up, but I have no voicemail what a waste of a day!
They fixed my windshield super quick for a reasonable price. There was an issue with a plastic piece covering the lane departure camera that required them to come to me a second time but Adrian and Alex did a great job on the install. Highly recommend!! Their management should purchase them a pop up canopy to protect them from the sun while working!
They answered my call for service and told me they could see my later the same day. It was a big window of time from 1-6pm, so I took the time off work to wait. They never called or showed up. Very unprofessional wasting peoples time. Follow up to Dove's reply: Yes they did call the next day after I posted this, and after I found someone else to do the job. I will not it was not offered for free the following morning but for a 50% discount.
Had a great time chatting with Robert and his partner while they replaced the glass on my 1999 NB1 Miata. Dove Auto Glass has also replaced my 2005 WRX STi’s windshield. Always great, quick work. They always have my business with windshield replacement! :)
