I honestly loved Dove Auto. Been going for years. Would have recommended to anyone and everyone. But my last visit left me screaming avoid to anyone that listens. Money was stolen out of my vehicle that I left. When I went back to advise what happened the short man rudely asked me why did I leave it there? Sir, does that really matter. I was unfortunately not impressed with my experience. I booked a Deluxe Interior Service online for $45.14 and paid a $10 deposit. When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $10 plus tax to wash the rubber mats. My car is generally very clean — there was only some salt on the mats and light dust in a few crevices — so the extra charge felt unexpected and wasn’t clearly communicated during booking. These guys did a great job! They always hand wash and take great care. I will definitely be using their services again. It is best to either call and schedule a booking or use their website to book an appointment.
