If you're gonna have shrimp...have cocktail sauce! Chicken tenders...blue cheese dressing.
Everything about Dova's is great. Nice spot to have a drink, but the food is absolutely mind blowing. I don't like greens, but LOVED these. The truffle fries made my eyes roll into the back of my head and the steak bites, mac & cheese, loaded potatoes were all heavenly. Past the food being next level, the owner and cook Dova was beyond cool and welcoming. We can't wait to come back!
On what turned out to be a terrible road trip this place was the absolute highlight of the trip. When my car broke down on the interstate the mechanic told me I could grab a bite at greyline station. I got the lamb burger and was told the Dova’s sauce would be great on a burger. They weren’t lying.
