Dov is very responsive, professional, and I would highly recommend using them. Johan who came for the initial diagnosis/inspection was thorough and spent a couple hours to check everything to identify the issue causing a leak. My issue was unique where the source of the leak was not easily found, and Dov the owner responded to all my messages over multiple days & I had multiple calls with him as he helped me through the process (without asking for any additional pay).
