Our radiator busted on our way back to Indy from New York and Douty was the only shop who could take us right away. We had to stay an extra night and Nick was a godsend! He even gave us a ride to our hotel. He worked on our car that same.afternoon, and had us up and running the next morning. Fixed our A/C, too! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Douty Chalfa!
At first these guys were good. We've had some major screwups that they (sort of) made right...brake pads put on backwards, screwed up chrome rims and had to be replaced, and charged me for things they didn't do. NOW...the latest.. $50 to change a fog light bulb that does not match the other one. Done with them. Watch your bill from these people.
I've had consistently good results going here and have been bringing more and more of our automotive work here over the past few years. With a 4-car household, trust and value are important to me.
