Do not trust Douthwright pools. I paid a 25K down payment for a 54K pool in April. It was clear that nothing would be ordered until Todd came to discuss the plans and make the final decisions. Todd came back the day following the planning visit with a quote for 78K, which was increased because I added stairs and lights but it still didn’t include a heater or cement around the pool (they said that they could be added at a later date).
