Horrible practice. Rude staff. Money grabbing quack doctor. I haven’t been a patient in 3 years and they’re still trying to send bills. Will be reporting this practice.
I have never experienced such willfully disrespectable staff. Theyre deliberately indifferent, and when called regarding said indifference, they defend such behavior by willfully lying about whatever issue is at hand. Dr Douthit is a kind and caring man. The extremely low rating this business receives is based solely on the garbage that staffs his office.That they enjoy bullying the elderly is plain to see. This morning, I had an unsatisfactory experience with a Dr. Douthit, who neglected to hear me out. He accessed my records without obtaining the requisite signature for disclosure, specifically those from North Suburban and I think an Advanced Urgent Care, which lacked comprehensive information and consent for release. I felt he didn't treat me as an individual, instead viewing me solely through the lens of mental health issues, as indicated by the hospital's classification. Shameful treatment of an elderly woman in tremendous pain.
My whole family goes to Dr. Douthit. He is patient, kind and listens. His staff is friendly, accommodating when they can be, and caring. Best Doctor Ever!
