Terrible experience ! Went to get my hair braided and felt every strand of hair getting ripped out by my 3rd braid and I had her stop. Only to look in the mirror and see my hair GONE! Edges GONE! And she kept trying to fix it and rebrand the shit til I told her to stop and take it OUT ! … literally left the shop Like this and it’s WAY WORSE IN PERSON !!
