CFD is an awesome gym! Members of all different athletic backgrounds are welcome & catered to. I personally have had 4 knee surgeries (3 ACLs) and all trainers actively work with me to make me better while making sure that I am moving properly with the right form. I never thought I would be able to be active again after my surgeries, and CFD has provided a way for me to stay healthy and enjoy exercise again. Also, “Warren G” is fake 😭😂.
