Horrible experience! I hired a doula from this company back in early 2018 for my first pregnancy. My doula, Katie, did not show up until I was ready to push. We let her know as soon as I arrived at the hospital and told her via phone we wanted her there. My husband repeatedly texted her (texting is her preference) letting her know I wasn't doing well (prior to him passing out). She didn't show up until HOURS later when I was ready to push. Horrible experience. Katie broke the contract by not showing up when my wife arrived at the hospital and refused to reimburse us. This experience has left my wife traumatized. We're military and don't know anyone here. We really wish we would have went with a different company. My wife was alone during active labor and this was our first child.
