I know I’m not a pregnant woman, but I do see the love and care she put towards my wife and I genuinely am grateful my wife had someone like Tami to rely on. Also her goat kafir was amazing, it was so tasty.
Taking prenatal yoga with Tami has been life changing for me. I was anxious about birth and just pregnancy in general, but she has been such a blessing. Highly recommend! I’ve been going weekly to prenatal yoga and Tami is absolutely amazing. Her spirit is so kind, loving and supportive. She is skilled with yoga and birth, the blend of the two together in her sessions feels like magic. I always leave her sessions feeling grounded, centered and back to myself in this busy world. You will have a great experience!
Tami is wonderful, attended her prenatal classes as a first time mom since 20 weeks pregnant and had a beautiful birth at 41 weeks. Knowledgeable, patient and kind! Highly recommend!
