Tami is the best prenatal yoga practitioner I have ever met and this was my third pregnancy:) she really takes her work to heart and treats it as a mission which is so rare! I loved that the classes were relaxed, Tami deeply cares about how you feel, how the exercises make you feel, what's happening in your pregnancy. ..she gives wise advice and helps you to connect with wonderful resources (doula, acupuncture...etc). I recommend Tami's classes to anyone who is preparing for a natural birth

Doula Yogi completely transformed my pregnancy and labor experience. During my 27-hour natural, unmedicated labor, I felt strong, prepared, and completely supported because of Tami. I started attending Doula Yogi when I was 19 weeks pregnant, and it was such a positive experience. Tami taught me so much, not only to prepare for labor but also to support me throughout my pregnancy. Each week, we practiced different techniques that helped me feel more confident and ready for the arrival of our little one. I highly recommend this course to other expectant mothers!
