Yesterday, my wife and mom were stranded on the side of the road in Madisonville with a broken down Navigator. Tracy went above and beyond for me. I was driving back home out of state and he made me so comfortable by finding me without hitch, letting my big old dog ride with him, and recommending the nicest auto repair shop. He was so kind and really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.
We appreciate the kindness that we were shown in a time of need ! Highly recommend!
I can not say enough good things about Tracy with Doug's wrecker service. We were stranded on 45, headed from Houston to Dallas this past weekend. He was able to get us safely to a shop that was able to help determine the issue. He also checked on us a couple times after to see if we need any additional services, had any questions about the area and just to ensure we were doing ok. You can tell he's got a lot of pride and a heart of gold. I would recommend Doug's time and time again because of Tracy's efforts alone!
