Great customer service.
On July 22nd my family and I were heading home from vacation. We stop to fuel up and get a quick bite to eat. We loaded back up and when I went to put the van into drive nothing happened. Free play in the shifter would not go into any of the gears. So here we sit still 4.5 hours from home. I go online and find the listings for transmission services and start calling. I had a transmission line go out on my truck on the way to work. I had it towed there and was very surprised to get a call from Doug that same evening saying it was ready to go. I appreciated the quick fix and very fair price.
